EngineeringShift is operated by Ishan Infotech, a sole proprietorship in India, and is the operator of this website and its V1 learning funnel. This policy explains how EngineeringShift handles information through these services.

Information we collect
When you request the roadmap, we collect your first name, email address, whether you chose optional marketing, the delivery-notice audit identifier and request time, the marketing-consent identifier and time when you opt in, limited campaign attribution such as UTM parameters, and delivery state. We also process limited security metadata needed for rate limiting and abuse prevention; the application stores a short-lived pseudonymous hash rather than a raw IP address.
Why we use it
We use your name and email to deliver the resource you requested and essential information related to that request. If—and only if—you select the optional checkbox, we also use your contact details to send practical EngineeringShift AI, cloud and architecture updates, including masterclass and program announcements. Requesting the roadmap does not require marketing consent.
Service providers
- Hostinger hosts the website, PHP application and minimal lead/delivery database.
- Brevo sends the requested roadmap email and, only for opted-in contacts, supports marketing email and list membership.
- Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. Privacy-oriented Cloudflare Web Analytics may measure aggregate site usage when enabled; EngineeringShift does not intentionally send form names or email addresses to analytics.
- TagMango handles checkout, workshop entitlement, learner access and course delivery when you choose a paid registration. TagMango's own terms and privacy practices apply to information you provide there.
Retention and your choices
Roadmap transactional records are retained only as reasonably necessary for delivery, security, operational integrity and applicable obligations. Short-lived security rate-limit records expire automatically. Inactive marketing leads are targeted for deletion or anonymisation 12 months after their last meaningful engagement, subject to applicable obligations and documented exceptions. Marketing stops immediately when a contact opts out. Tax, payment and accounting records are retained for the periods required by applicable law.
You can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in a marketing email. To request access, correction or deletion, withdraw marketing consent, or ask a privacy question, email privacy@engineeringshift.in. Requests may require reasonable verification before data is disclosed or changed.
Grievance contact
Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@engineeringshift.in. Customer, support and grievance requests may be sent to support@engineeringshift.in. Ishan Infotech serves as the initial grievance contact for EngineeringShift.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
