EngineeringShift is operated as a sole proprietorship by Ishan Infotech, India. Principal business/correspondence address: Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. These terms apply to EngineeringShift website content, free resources and educational offerings.

Educational purpose

EngineeringShift provides educational information and practical engineering examples. Content is not legal, financial, employment or individualized professional advice. Participation does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary, certification, business results or any specific outcome. A completion certificate, where an offer explicitly includes one, records participation or completion and is not a professional accreditation.

Materials and intellectual property

EngineeringShift materials may be used by the registered learner for personal learning. Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, resell, publish, sublicense, redistribute, share paid access, remove branding, or present the materials as your own. You may retain and adapt your own code and work produced through exercises, subject to any third-party licence stated with source materials.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website or learning services, interfere with security, automate abusive submissions, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful material, harass participants, or use materials to infringe another person's rights.

External services and paid products

TagMango handles paid checkout, workshop entitlement, learner access, course delivery and related platform functions. Its applicable platform terms and privacy practices also apply. Checkout information should be read together with these terms. Nothing in these terms waives statutory consumer rights.

Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling

₹199 masterclass: A full refund is available when cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. After the session starts, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable. If EngineeringShift cancels, the attendee will receive a full refund or may choose an offered reschedule. If EngineeringShift materially reschedules and the attendee cannot attend, a full refund is available.

₹2,999 cohort: A full refund is available before the first live cohort session. Once program delivery has begun, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable. If EngineeringShift cancels or does not deliver the program, an appropriate refund will be provided.

Refund timing and processing may depend on TagMango and the payment provider. These principles do not limit rights available under applicable law.

EngineeringShift may reasonably reschedule or cancel a live session when necessary and will provide affected registered learners with appropriate information through the approved delivery platform.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep materials accurate and services available, but examples, tools and third-party services can change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EngineeringShift provides educational materials without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular outcome and is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on them. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable statutory consumer rights and mandatory legal forums, courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand will have jurisdiction.
